The Nicebeam LumaSpectrum 9 Pro brings nine wavelengths together in one panel: blue, amber, two reds and five near-infrared wavelengths, across 320 dual-chip LEDs. Mount it on a door or wall with the included hardware, then set the intensity from across the room with the remote.
Nicebeam recommends sessions of 10 to 20 minutes, standing 6 to 8 inches away for skin-focused sessions and 8 to 12 inches for muscles and joints. Protective glasses are included.
