The Helsinki Full-Spectrum Sauna by Blisspod

The Helsinki Full-Spectrum Sauna by Blisspod is a light, airy two-person indoor sauna finished inside and out in natural Canadian hemlock, a soft, Scandinavian look that suits almost any interior. It combines full-spectrum infrared warmth with a large integrated red light panel set directly in front of the bench.

Six large low-EMF infrared heaters and a red glass heater surround you with even warmth, while soft color lighting sets the mood. A fold-down shelf, LED accent lighting and dual control panels make each session effortless. It runs on a dedicated standard household circuit, with no stove or water required.
